Why there are rules

The site works because people trust each other. These are the rules that make that possible.

For everyone

• Tell the truth. A real name, real details, photos of the real property.
• Be respectful. No harassment, and no discrimination on the basis of religion, origin, gender, orientation, disability or family status — not in a listing, not in a message, not in a review.
• Contact details you received through the site are for this inquiry only. Not for marketing, not for passing on, not for groups.
• Do not try to go around the process: do not ask for a phone number in a message to "save" the approval step, and do not collect details from several inquiries.

For owners

• List only a property you have the right to list.
• Keep the price, available dates and description current. If the property is unavailable, hide the listing.
• Reply to inquiries — also to decline. An unanswered inquiry is a person waiting.
• Information for Shabbat observers and students must be accurate: regular key or code, floor and lift, distance to the synagogue, what the price includes.
• Do not ask for payment before the other side has verified you and the property, and offer a written agreement.

For inquirers

• One inquiry per property, with your own message. Do not send inquiries "just to check".
• Do not inquire on someone else's behalf, and do not give a phone number or email that is not yours.
• Write a review only about a stay that really happened, and politely even when it is critical.
• Do not transfer money before you have verified the owner and the property, and ask for a written agreement.

What happens when a rule is broken

• A listing may be hidden, rejected or asked for more information — and the owner always receives the reason in writing in their dashboard.
• Offensive content is removed. An account that breaks the rules seriously or repeatedly may be blocked.
• Reports are kept as the evidence behind our decisions and are not deleted.

How to report

Use the "Report this listing" button on the property page, or email support@nltn.co.il with the link to the listing. You can report without an account and without identifying yourself.
